Buck Alley Rentals began in 1989 when Buck and his son Rick needed office space for their company. They purchased four lots in Bel Aire, Kansas and started building commercial buildings. Over the years, this effort evolved into 16 buildings with 39 suites.
With 35 years of experience in the lumber business (18 of this in Kechi at Buck Alley Lumber), 5 years in residential home building and 20 years in residential and commercial land development and commercial construction, Buck knew how to build quality properties and had his eye on every detail. More than 20 years later, the craftmanship and care of the properties is evident both in their appearance and in the level of maintenance required.
Currently there are three on-site employees to take care of Bel Aire Plaza tenants. Buck Alley handles the leasing and bookkeeping, while his daughter Lane takes care of customer relations and the everyday operations, including rent payments, cleaning and maintenance. Mike is also a part of the team and handles maintenance as needed.
As a tenant of Buck Alley Rentals, you will find that Buck and Lane’s down-to-earth, straightforward business philosphies make leasing commercial property a breeze. Ask current tenants like Sherwin Williams, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and Otis Elevator and they will tell you that easy accessibility, on-site management, friendly staff and no hidden costs make Buck Alley Rentals the best choice to rent office and/or warehouse space.
